In a collaborative and judgement free space, clients can grow to understand themselves in new ways and rediscover who they are separate from the problems that have felt overpowering, caused suffering and have held them back. In this space, clients can find comfort, hope, understanding and growth.

Individuals

$150

I offer 50 minute sessions with adult women, men, and teens. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, identity and self-esteem, major life changes, or something else, I believe that your problem does not define or own you. Join me in curiosity and reflection that can lead to growth and a shift in perspective.

Couples

$150

I work with couples from a non-blaming stance to identify misaligned expectations, ruptures of trust, miscommunication, or any obstacles getting in the way of a preferred relationship. Together, in a 50 minute session, we can identify what might be needed to encourage trust, connection, and understanding. I work with all couples and partnerships, no matter what that looks like for you.

Families

$150

I work with families of all sizes and orientations in navigating relational issues, family unity disruptions, grief, role changes, and more. In a 50 minute session, I invite all members of the family to share their experiences and stories to identify familial values, possible resolutions to conflict, and ideal family relationship dynamics.

Teletherapy

I am currently available for live teletherapy video sessions to anyone in the state of California. These sessions are conducted through a secure and HIPPA compliant platform.

Billing & FAQs

  • At this time, I am not an insurance provider, but I often provide my clients a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • My rate is $150 for 50 minute sessions. Sliding scale may be available for certain limited situations. Please reach out to discuss details.

  • I accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards.

  • I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation call to all clients. It’s important to me you are confident in our working relationship before committing to full fee sessions.
